Do I need a formal diagnosis to work with you?+
No — you don't need a formal diagnosis. Many women suspect they have one or more of these conditions before receiving a diagnosis. If your symptoms resonate and you want support, you're welcome here. Sara can work with you wherever you are in your journey.
Will this work if I'm also managing my weight?+
Yes — and this is actually where condition-specific coaching makes a huge difference. Generic weight loss advice often doesn't work for women with lipedema, PCOS or fibroids because it ignores the underlying drivers like inflammation, insulin resistance and hormonal imbalance. Sara's approach addresses these root causes first.
Can I do this if I have limited mobility or pain?+
Absolutely. Every workout plan is adapted for your current capacity. Sara understands that lipedema and fibroids can cause significant pain and mobility challenges — all movement recommendations include modifications and are designed to work with your body, not against it.
